Richard started out as an electrician, did some refrigeration and air-conditioning work, before holding various management and senior leadership roles throughout regional New South Wales. He has extensive business management experience from helping small retailers and tradies to get on their feet, through to running major business units on high profile projects such as the Sydney Opal Card, Lane Cove Tunnel and M2 motorways. Richard holds formal engineering and business management qualifications. He is based at Cheltenham and focused on working with businesses throughout the Northern and North Western parts of Sydney where he has built up an extensive knowledge of the market and of the challenges facing small and medium enterprises.
